Repeat Prescriptions
Clients: Please use the form below to request repeat prescriptions for your animal. Please note that to comply with the law, we may need to re-examine a patient before a repeat prescription can be given. Please allow us at least 48 hours to process your request - this may take longer over a weekend or if drugs need to be ordered in.
If you require medications for more than one pet, please submit a separate request for each animal.
